The 1980 Fiat Spider

1,000 of these limited-edition Spiders were built to commemorate Pininfarina's 50th Anniversary in 1980. Mine is No. 47 — and according to the Register, probably one of only two in the country.

The main distinguishing features are the Champagne gold paintwork, the leather interior and the engraved badging. Despite owning the car for over twelve years I have very few pictures of it; it is only since the days of digital photography that I have really started to document the work. I do have some scanned prints of the floor repairs and respray that I will upload later.
